Howard schatz dosent just do hands he also dose body and so on,What I like most about this picture is how he has made the hands stand-out to the rest of the picture like, blacked out the background and how all the focus it on the hands also like how he has darked the picture to make out the hands are dirty but doing this it brings out the lines on the hands and it gives the picture shape and tone because if the background is black and the hands like a light grey and the lines have shade which gives it a different tone to the picture,I think the main focus point is the knuckle, how the light makes them stand-out the most.so I wanted to do one with open hands so you can get more detail in the picture.

I took few shots like this but when I edited them up I wasn't liking how they come out,When it come to editing them I didn't just put a black and white filter on it,I didn't use my normal photo-shop I used this one called Fotor,I opened my picture and I used this thing called darken and it made the picture go this grey kinda colour,Then to the side there was brightness and contrast so I didn't that I set them to about -45 both I wanted it dark but not to the point you couldn't see my work,There I also changed tint, vignette, temperature and saturation all to about -25 to -45 and I couldn't be happier, with the way it come out,I really like the tones on this picture and it goes dark in the lines of her hands and it also has that dirty look to the hand which I really wanted to get but I thought it was going to be hard to get but soon as I changed tint and vignette I got it,I think my focus point is just where the fingers bend, because of the tones that are by there my eyes go right to that point,I like how I took this I did do a-few other ways but I thought if the hands was open you might get different lines, shape, tones,Like I said I like the little details like the skin has this dairy look which I really like most about it all,If I was to do it again I would try different lighting like flash or a soft light, because in Howard Schatz the knuckle have light of them and they stand-out the most,so maybe I would play with different lighting.

This one is of an elbow I thought this would of made a good picture just because of the lines and wrinkles you have on your elbow I did the same as the other when I edited it I just am so happy with the detail on this one I knew it would make a great picture, and really show off all them different shapes and tones to the picture I am happy with how this come out but like the last one if I could re-do this I would of played with the light just because I think it would of looked so much better if their was light right on the elbow and really high-lighting the wrinkles and cresses in the elbow and showing the lines but I am more than happy with how this come out,I did try and black out the background but when I was trying to edit it,It was going to dark and you couldn't see the elbow at all so I just left it as it was and did it the darkest I could,But if I went any darker I would of lost all the detail on the elbow.
