Cristina Otero/Cristina Otero Pascual bron November 29, 1995 is a Spanish photographer and artist best known for her self portraits. Otero is the youngest artist in Spain who has ever exhibited individually in an art gallery, when she was 15.  is the youngest of three children. Otero found her love for photography at a young age. At 13, while watching America's Next  Model, she found herself intrigued by the makeup, styling and poses that go into creating a major fashion photo shoot.Otero is self-taught. 

What I like about this photo is even though its a portrait its not of her face which is something fresh and new to photography,And her lips how its that deep red,which it give this seduction,feel to the photo and what I also like is is in this black and white feel but still you can see the colour of her hair and lips which I would like to do with my work,I like how you can only see her lips and hair but what I like most about it is that she has her lips as the main focal point.

What I like most about her work is that she is the model and how she shows it in all of these different and creative and the fresh look at photography,And the amazing thing is that she is only 19.
What I like most about this photo is it looks like a cover for a fashion magazines,like a cover of vogue,this photo has this very dramatic lighting and this mysterious look to the photos aswell.  

I used a canon camera EOS 650D. My F-stop was on F/5 When I was thinking on how to take this photo I come up with all different ideas for it but when I found this photographer who's work was something different and fresh I knew I wanted it to have the same theme as her's,did in her photos the photographer is Cristina Otero,Her work is something unusual and I haven't seen anything like hers,having said that she likes to use lots of make-up and all different colours with her work and I just wanted something simple so I found some of her work and it was called facade and it was this very dark and dramatic lighting,So when I was recreating these photos I knew I had to have this very dark look to them so I only used a soft box's which was to the side of me but kinda in front of me,We tried it with flash on and it was just coming up to bright I wanted that dark look to the photos so we didn't used flash for this photo which come out just how I wanted it to,But I have to say what I liked most about this photo is the fact you can see this light behind me which gives this photo that is needs cause the back drop was already dark and I thought I was going to have to use a light behind me,But luckily I didn't have to just because of how the soft was set on me,The exposure time was on 1/8 sec.And the exposure bias was 0 step,I had the focal length at 42 mm.And kept the ISO speed at 150/1600,I did Photoshop this like I said I wanted that dark,mysterious look to the photo so I used black and white on the photo I did want my lip to be out of show but in the end I covered them up,I went on Image-ajiustments and then colour balance and pushed it down to put the black and white on this photo,If I could do this photo again I wouldn't just because I am so happy with how this photo come out and even thought I didn't get my lips init I'm still happy,cause I was going to make my lips this really dark blood red and the rest of the photo was going to be black and white but in the end I didn't want to just because it didnt look how I thought it would of but I am happy with how it come out.
