In the gallery this photo stand out to me the most just because I like that Audrey Hepburm breakfast at Tiffany look and that's what this photo reminds me of every-time I look at this photo just because of the make-up and how the hair is up but it looks like something from the film but this is of Nataly Angel Miranda and its from the series Dancing like a woman by Viviana Peretti,Captures the Colombian drag artist.
What I like about this photo is that it is looks like a 50s photo but its taken in today's time and how the photographer has used short lighting on the drag artist gives it more structured and makes it more detailed look,It is a very eye catching photo just because when we was in the gallery there was on one or two photos in black and white and I think this photo stand out from the rest just because of the tones in the photo and how it was lit I would say this was one of the best photos in the galley.
Also when I first seen this photo I didn't think it was a drag artist I thought it was a women but when I looked into the photo more it said this photo was of a drag artist.This photo shows so much glamour and style it was a very inspired-ring to photographers.
Embrace-Buki Koshoni,This was take just after the photographer wife just given birth there son he wasn't to sure if he wanted to take photos of his wife in child birth but she said he could and I think this photo has to be the most beautiful photo just because having a child and the whole giving birth to your owe little you is something special and I don't think anyone realise till they have a child of there own,And how he capturers the joy on her face to know her baby is safe in her arms and to know he is healthy and strong and all that pain she was having when give birth has goes soon as she looked at him.This photo is very emotional,Like I said the whole giving birth,will they be healthy soon as they are born and that feeling you get like you have never loved someone like your kids and this photo has so much about it yes it may be personal to that person but its something some beautiful when you have a child and that's what I like most about it,It shows family life.
Arvi,By Sami Parkkinen,This photo is a portrait photo of the photographers son age 2 in his coat,And when I look at this photo it just reminds me of the world war 2 I think its just the style of the coat that's just what I see when I look at this photo,What I like about this photo has to be the colours how they are cold colours like his coat,eyes and top are different shades of blue and his blonde hair which is very light and that also give this photo a cold feel to it aswell the lighting set up the photographer has used loop lighting,The loop-lighting shaped shadow under the models nose,it is the most used pattern in studio photography.Its considered flattering and an adaptable pattern that lights most of the face white creating a sense of depth,What I also like when I look at this photo is the face one day that like boy will fit into the coat.
